Submit Supporting Documents
In addition to completing the online enrolment form, we also require the following documents.
Please email them to administrator@kiwitahi.school.nz as attachments by clicking on the link below. If you don’t have the equipment to scan them, just use your phone to take a photo of each and attach the images to your email.
- Birth certificate or passport – mandatory for new entrants
- Immunisation certificate
- Any visas (for overseas students)
