Kiwitahi School

Kiwitahi is a rural school with an outstanding reputation. Being The Best in the Country isn’t just a label – it’s a call to arms; a challenge we set each day to ensure that our pupils grow into the very best people they can be.

Our unique school has a proud history, strongly rooted in our rural heritage. Here, the sanctity of childhood is celebrated and protected. We want to develop young people who are interesting and interested in the world around them, but encourage them not to grow up too quickly (there are too many good trees to climb!)

We have a track record of delivering an outstanding academic programme. We want all children to be successful, and we know that that requires excellent teachers, quality resources, and pupils who are willing to work hard. We also have an excellent reputation for delivering world-class pastoral care. Pupil wellbeing is front and centre in what we do. You can read about our wellbeing case study below.

Our school is like a home. When you arrive here, you become part of our family. Will you join us?

Our main method of communication with parents and our community is via the Skool Loop phone app. This is a free app for Apple and Android users.
